I’ve gone to nt nails multiple times but the last 2 times i went had me more than impressed. Me and my bestfriend booked appointments for homecoming with this one chick her friend goes to (we booked them like 2 weeks advanced) and then on Thursday my bestfriend got a call saying that she had covid. Which we both understood cause she found out that day and she immediately told us. So i called nt nails right after and they us in for friday which was a LIFESAVER! When we went the dude who did our nails was hilarious and did a GREAT JOB!!

I was able to get in immediately as a walk in, which was fantastic. My nail technician was the sweetest lady ever named Chow (sp?) and she did a beautiful job. The shop is very clean and the rest of the staff was super friendly. Chow also told me that they have added a few new staff members to make sure people don't have to wait in line anymore. I will absolutely be coming back soon and bringing my entourage!

Not impressed at all!!! No primer used, and in less than 2 days my nails started to peel....also keep in mind I did get gel polish. She did not even leave the light on long enough to cure the gel and I mentioned it and she said it was ok:/Will not be going back!

I just left from this nail shop and I'll tell you what I am absolutely in love and blown away with the quality and the professionalism the ladies were wonderful sweet funny and kind my nails and toes look amazing I will be back thank you. I've been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old I've been to every nail shop in Mansfield Ohio and none of them are as good as NT nails none of them are as good as NT nails you ladies are wasting time going to other places

Not impressed with this place. the first thing I realized was they did not use a primer while doing my Gel polish and the Man talked on his phone the entire appointment, then 3 days later my nails started to peal.Would not recommend this place at all!
